DONA KARIMOVA

Dona Karimova (she/her) is a Consultant Solicitor and Co-Head of the Property Department at Carlton Elleker Chase (CEC). With over nine years of experience in both commercial and residential conveyancing, she handles a variety of acquisitions and disposals with diligence and expertise.
Dona has acted for a broad range of clients, from first-time buyers and new businesses establishing their first premises to high-net-worth individuals and established businesses. She is committed to providing a professional and thorough service, taking the time to understand clients’ individual requirements and offering sound, practical advice to achieve their objectives.

Prior to joining CEC, Dona worked as a Consultant Solicitor at one of the UK’s leading conveyancing firms, including a role as Head of a Real Estate Department, where she contributed to the firm’s overall development. Her experience includes training and supervising consultants, overseeing a major project to digitise files, and consistently being recognised as a top-performing solicitor. Dona also co-founded a successful estate agency, which provided her with practical insights into market trends and client priorities. These experiences have shaped her approach to delivering tailored, client-focused legal services.

Beyond her professional role, Dona enjoys travelling, participating in activities such as open-water diving, hiking, and cycling. She is fluent in English, Turkish, Russian, and Uzbek, further enabling her to assist a diverse range of clients.
