TETIANA VODOPAIN

Tetiana is a dual qualified English Solicitor and Ukrainian-qualified lawyer. She is also family mediator with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through complex and sensitive legal matters. Her career spans family law, civil law, medical law, and alternative dispute resolution. Tetiana started her career as a judge’s assistant, progressing to lawyer, advocate, and founder of her own law firm before joining CEC. She brings a broad professional perspective and a strong track record in family and civil disputes.

Tetiana combines her international legal background with a modern, client-centred approach which integrates: family law expertise, mediation and conflict-resolution skills with psychological insight (Master’s degree in Psychology + training in Gestalt therapy and child psychology) She believes effective family law practice requires more than legal knowledge, it requires empathy, clarity, strategy, and the ability to guide clients through emotionally charged decisions
