VALERIIA SHCHERBYNA

Valeriia is a paralegal in our Intellectual Property Department and holds an LLM in IT & IP Law from the University of Sussex.  Valeriia started her career in a boutique firm focused on litigation, corporate law, and IP rights.

She has over three experience in the fields of Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law and brings a blend of expertise in UK and Ukrainian law and experienced in complex legal research and case law analysis. She gained hands-on experience in working on Trade Mark disputes, and attended a Supreme Court Trial.  Her skills also include drafting procedural documents and supporting clients in corporate transactions.  Valeriia's experience laid a strong foundation for her career and fuelled her passion for Intellectual Property Law.
